II. Usage Rights and Restrictions

Upon cancellation of the subscription, the license to use these assets commercially is immediately revoked. However, textures may continue to be used for personal or non-commercial projects.

2.2 Prohibited UsesRedistribution, resale, or sharing of MATEXT textures in any form is strictly prohibited.
Using MATEXT textures or assets to train artificial intelligence models, algorithms, or any similar technology is strictly forbidden.
Incorporating textures into products or templates intended for resale or redistribution is not allowed.

2.3 License Ownership
Licenses are issued to individual subscribers and are non-transferable. Companies requiring broader access for teams or unlimited usage may contact MATEXT for tailored corporate plans.

III. Services

3.1 Service Scope
MATEXT reserves the right to modify its services, including the addition or removal of features, and may suspend services temporarily or permanently at its discretion.

3.2 Contract Formation
The user forms a binding contract with MATEXT upon completing a subscription or purchase. The contract is subject to these T&Cs, which govern access to and use of MATEXT's assets.

IV. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via credit card only. Other forms of payment, such as payment slips, are not supported.

4.2 Creditworthiness
MATEXT reserves the right to assess a customer’s creditworthiness. Orders may be canceled or suspended if the user is found to be insolvent or acting fraudulently.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available under specific conditions. Users may request a one-time, full refund within 7 days of their original purchase on a monthly or annual subscription, provided no materials have been downloaded. Once materials are downloaded, refunds are no longer eligible.Renewals are not eligible for a refund.

V. User Obligations
